What I have seen is that
- on one hand the Interaction Record is suppressed using the BADI,
- on the other hand the Workcenter for Interaction Record is used to create Interaction Records manually.
This does not work (e.g. problems with linking of business objects when pressing END). Here it needs to be ensured that an interaction record is not surpressed when created manually (that means if the source is IF_CRM_IC_INTERACTION=>SOURCE_INTERACTION_RECORD).
Actually the interaction record is a central element which documents the customer interaction (linking the business objects) so the interaction is documented.
I am personally wondering why it should be surpressed.
