PTAX Retro Issue

Hi All,

Question:

1. What is the correct insertion point of a custom PCR for customer specific changes in PTAX/ESI calculated wagetype? We are just passing the wagetype to customer wagetype.

2. What could be the reason for double entry of /3P2 post execution of customer specific PCR?

I am not too much familiar with PCR.

Background:

In our system we have written a PCR ZP03 which is called using PIT function post PTAX calculation post INPTB

This is resulting in two times generation of /3P2 in IT; once for the actual and the other as per the retro calculation.

Input IT for ZP03

Output IT for ZP03

The second entry for /3P2 is having an the indicator 'I' for filed V0TYPE; which is the deciding factor for standard PCR INP6 through the variable vargt in standard code.

INP6 is called in retro calculation using another custom PCR ZN43.

We have checked the include PCPTXIN0 for function PRT in current period the value for vargt is changing to '1' as the program checks for the value as per first entry for /3P2 in IT.

As per standard document PIT deletes the IT and refreshes IT with OT; While debugging we have found OT was already having /3P2 before processing of ZP03.

All this is resulting in no generation of /ZP2 (or /ZPT).

Regards.
