Open Item List for Purchase Orders

Hi all

Any idea why all users including super user manager is not able to Filter Open PO in one of the Databases using in SBO ver 9 Patch 10?  There is no such problem with filtering Open Sales Orders in this Database.

However there is also no problem filtering Open PO in other Databases in the same SAP Server.

I am not able to simulate this problem in the Demo Database at all.
