Land use management Process for Lease out Scenario.

Hi Experts,

Can any one help me to know the business process for Land use management?

I understands that it’s been using for specific countries only ( Like germany ).

Can any one guide me the process how LUM will be used In our REFX lease out scenario as I am very new to REFX.

Ex: to process any real estate property we will create the

BE-Building-Rental object – Contracts and by running RERAPP we will calculate the Rent / object.

Similarly how this Land use management process works in the lease out process.
