Accessing BI launchpad & CMC

Hi all,

I have installed Business Objects on a demo server, when I try to access BI launchpad and CMC from my local systems ( Laptop ) , tomcat is not displaying. htttp://bodemo:8080/

Please let me know what steps do I need follow to access the URL from local systems.  The demo server is with in our network.

I am learning Admin stuff and not sure what we call in the terminology ( Web application deployment ?? )
