What I observe from the screen shot you shared is you have 90 qty of stock and this is unrestricted use stock..

Strategy 50 is basically make to order scenario where your unrestricted use stock is not considered in the MRP planning run .. hope this clears.. due to which you are getting planned order 90 for sale order for qty 90...
