Case 1 : system works fine
Case 2: It depends on what situation the asset is. in general, you can use mass change function (worklist) to maintain those asset's remaining UL.
Case 3, For my perception, the system behavior is correct. please refer to below example:
If asset A will reach cutoff value in 2015, then the depreciation calculated by below formula will not be affected by cut off value setting in fiscal year 2014. Insead, the planned dep in 2015 will be affected by cutoff value change. Since fiscal year 2015 is not opened yet, no need to run AFAR as no table entry in 2015 needs to be updated by the change.
Dep in F.Y. 2014 = Base value X Percentage X Peirod Factor
