Hi Siva,
I have created a new log device and R3trans -d returns 0000 after that. How when I start the patch upgrade from SUM tool it again fails in Pre-Processing phase while copying files to shadow instance.
and R3trans fails again after running SUM tooll.
the DBCLONE log shows :
