Finally, I have taken a conclusion that it isn't possible exclude some receivers from the reference data or ( without using reference data with processing option "Distribute")
This is not possible (at least not in old version of KE28).
¿is there any exit or enhancements in COPA for ke28 in Sap release 6.00 ?
