Hi,
Hang on a sec....you just said you have time frame....why can't restrict with only time frame then?
You can have customer exit variable on time frame [0calmonth or 0FISCPER] and derive the cutoff period say it's 007.2014 - I hope this is derived from customer input or where ???
We know anything less 007.2014 is actual data - so create RKF by restricting 0CALMONTH less than or equal to cutoff period and then pass into CKF to convert using MBW...similarly you can do it for forecast and plan data.
The issue you mentioned about placing 0calmonth in the column can be resolved as following
You have to follow two steps:
First query properties in query designer -> go to Rows/Column tab and select options to suppress zeros in columns mainly.
Second go to key figures properties [just select "Key Figures" name, you can see right side three tabs] -> go to "Display" tab and uncheck suppression option over there.
Now the query output hide the columns if there is no value.
Say plan data CKF/RKF won't have values on 007.2014 -actual period, so this will hide automatically in the output on 007.2014 period..similarly for other CKF- no confusion to users...even he doesn't know that key figures is hidden there..
