That doesn't really have anything to do with the question. When you have a load-balanced web environment, you need to make sure that each of the web servers is getting the WSDL for the web services from a shared folder. Otherwise, each web server will have its own local folder for the WSDL and when you publish it from the QaaWS tool, it will go to one of the local folders, which can't be seen from any of the other folders.
